Pelletizing & filtration — Cutter-compactor densifies; extrusion with screen changer and filtration delivers clean granules.

Engineering Notes

How is film moisture handled?

Dewatering removes bulk water; thermal drying brings moisture below 1% before extrusion to prevent degradation.

How is sand and soil removed?

Friction wash with high-shear action separates sand and soil from film. Hot wash adds chemical aid for organics.

What about odor?

Hot wash and proper drying reduce odor. Add-on deodorization units available for sensitive applications.

Single vs double-stage pelletizing?

Single-stage for PE/PP film; double-stage for higher IV or cleaner pellet surface. We recommend based on your target output.

What filter options are available?

Manual screen changers, automatic screen changers, and laser filters for continuous operation and high purity.
