Equipment video
Agricultural Film Pelletizing Line with Squeezer
About this video
This production line is designed for waste film, including agricultural film, mulch film, greenhouse film, tobacco film and industrial film. A squeezer dewaters the washed film before it is pelletized.
Centralized collection and recycling of waste film requires a high level of equipment automation. Gangsu has improved and upgraded its waste-film equipment over many years to solve common problems in this industry.
Key points
- Agricultural, mulch, greenhouse and industrial films
- Squeezer dewaters film before pelletizing
- High degree of automation for centralized recycling
- Equipment refined through years of film projects
What the video shows
- Washed agricultural, mulch and greenhouse film is dewatered in a squeezer.
- The squeezed film is fed into the extruder and melted.
- The melt is pelletized into recycled PE pellets.

Questions buyers ask
Why squeeze film before pelletizing?
Wet film lowers extruder output and can leave bubbles in the pellets. Squeezing removes most of the water first, so the extruder runs steadily.
Which films can the line process?
Agricultural, mulch, greenhouse and tobacco films, as well as industrial films.
