Agricultural Film Washing Line with Squeezer
About this video
This line processes agricultural waste film such as mulch film, greenhouse film and tobacco film. Removing sand and soil early matters, because heavy sediment shortens blade life and lowers washing quality.
The film is first cut or shredded and then passes a sand removal machine. A crusher with added water gives preliminary cleaning, and a washing and dewatering unit removes sediment and dirty water. A high-friction washer and a flotation tank clean the film further before a squeezer dewaters it for pelletizing.
Key points

Questions buyers ask
Why is agricultural film hard to wash?
It carries a lot of soil, sand and plant residue, and the film itself is thin and elastic. Pre-processing and strong washing are needed before the film can be pelletized.
What happens after washing?
The squeezed film usually goes to a pelletizing line, where it is turned into recycled PE pellets.
