PVC Granulation Line
About this video
This PVC granulation line turns PVC material into small, uniform granules through melting, extrusion and pelletizing.
The granules are used to manufacture pipes, profiles and other plastic products. The line is designed for efficient, precise granulation while preserving the properties of the material.
Key points
- Melting and extrusion of PVC
- Pelletizing into small, uniform granules
- Granules for pipes, profiles and other products
- Designed to preserve material properties
What the video shows
- PVC material is fed into the extruder and melted.
- The melt is extruded and pelletized into small, uniform granules.
- Granules are cooled for use in pipes, profiles and other PVC products.
Typical configuration
- Capacity
- 100–800+ kg/h
- Screw type
- Conical twin-screw
- Pelletizing
- Hot die-face cutting with air cooling
- Typical use
- Pipes, profiles and other PVC products
Questions buyers ask
Why is PVC pelletized at the die face with air cooling?
PVC is sensitive to heat and moisture. Cutting at the die face and cooling the granules with air avoids a water bath and keeps processing gentle.
What capacity does a PVC granulation line have?
Our PVC pelletizing lines cover roughly 100 to over 800 kg/h, depending on the model and formulation.
